Wanderous™ LED Light Therapy Wand Device Use and & Safety


Thank you for choosing the Wanderous™ LED Light Therapy Wand. Please read this user manual carefully before using the device. 


*Read the Safe Use section below before use. Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy or other conditions related to light sensitivity or micro-currents. 


Section 1: How to Use the Device

Step 1: Begin charging your wand using the provided USB cord. Once the device is charged the blue light will remain solid. Remove the usb cord from the wand. *Do use the device while charging or plugged in. 

Step 2: Clean your face and remove any makeup.

Step 3: Power on the wand by holding the power button for 2 seconds. The wand will turn on first to the Blue setting.

Step 4: Single press the power button to cycle through the settings.

COLORS:

*Studies have shown these colors may assist with:

- Red: Anti-aging, fine lines, wrinkles, collagen and elastin production.

- Blue: Antimicrobial cleansing, mild to moderate anti-acne, reducing pore size.

- Purple: Strongest combination; combines the benefits of Red & Blue light.

Step 5: Gently massage an area of skin for 4-5 seconds before moving to a different area. 

Step 6: Your wand will automatically shut off after completion of a 5 minute session. Start your first session with a few seconds of use on a small area for the skin, then gradually work up several minutes a session to a maximum of 5 minutes per session. Recommended use of 2-3 sessions a week. 

 

 

OPERATIONS, STORAGE & MAINTENANCE:

- Keep away from direct light, high temperatures, and excessive moisture.

- To clean your wand, you can use a makeup removal wipe or similar product that is meant for facial cleansing.

- Store the wand away in a cool and dry spot when not in use.

- Keep away from children.

 

Troubleshooting:

Wand is not turning on:

  1. Did you press and hold the power button for 2 seconds?
  2. Is the wand fully charged? A solid blue light will indicate full charge. Flashing blue while charging.
  3. Once a session is complete the device will power off, try charging and restarting the wand.
  4. Wand is not charging
  5. Is the USB charging cord firmly inserted into the device? (Does the blue power indicator light illuminate?
  6. Try a different USB power adapter to ensure it is working properly.
  7. Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.
  8. Wand shuts off abruptly
  9. The wand is designed to shut off automatically after a 5 minute session.

Helpful Tips:

- Use on clean and dry skin.

Precautions for Wanderous™ Skincare Wand with Red Light Therapy & Microcurrent. Consult your doctor before use if you are not otherwise healthy or have medical concerns; conditions such as epilepsy or seizures and surgeries. Discontinue use if any skin irritation or redness or discomfort occurs

Do not use the device on the following areas:

• Eyelids, eye sockets, Chest, throat/larynx.

• Broken skin, lesions, bruises, infected, or inflamed areas of the skin, broken blood vessels, and varicose veins.

• Tumors/Cancerous skin

• Metal plates, pins and piercings

 

Contraindications

Do not use if:

• Under the age of 18

• Pregnant/Nursing

• Subject to seizures

• Have cancer/tumors

• You have a cardiac pacemaker

• You have implanted metallics

• Using retinol, benzoyl peroxide

You'e taking medications that cause light sensitivity

• You've received recent facial treatments

• You have a Herpes Simplex Virus breakout.

• You suffer from Thrombosis, Phlebitis, Melasma and, or hyperpigmentation

• You suffer from any heart conditions

• Do not use on children

• You have Lupus or other photoallergic illnesses
